My Review on seeing the Moodie's here in Phoenix, Oct 30, 2002.

     My long drive over to Suzy's house was a little strange that day. As I passed the airport on the freeway I noticed a jet  that seemed to be having a hard time lifting up.  It did worry me. 

     I had the Moody music (as always) blaring out my car windows and tried to keep my excitement down but that is always hard to do when going to see The Moody Blues LOL.

     Suzy had made us dinner and as we sat eating,  the news had come on mentioning an airplane in distress.  I had told Suzy about the one plane I had seen.  Worried that it was that plane we glued ourselves to the TV.  The plane was a private jet, instantly we thought it was the guys.  We watched the news as they showed the private jet coming in for an emergency landing.  How scary it had to be for these people as they dropped all fuel and flew around Phoenix till they could come in.   The pilots) did a wonderful job landing the plane with a blown tire.  It was some race cars drivers and family on that plane, no one was hurt.  The big race was scheduled for the weekend.

        The new theatre is very nice. We did see many friends and met some new ones as well.  Which is always great!  The souvenirs were new.  T-shirts, etc.   The guys were awesome, I really don't need to go into detail, cuz as always it is fantastic to see them in concert.  I was also going to Las Vegas the next day to see them for 4 more days :-)

          After the show we talked with some friends and then were headed off to The Hardrock for a late night snack.  Not knowing the area very well I did take a wrong turn. (but it ended up being a great turn)   We took a turn that led us where the tour bus, limos, and vans were and saw some friends there as well.  We parked and headed over for more conversation with pals, and watched the guys leave. 

          Everyone said their good byes.  We invited 2 of Suzy's friends to join us at the Hardrock Cafe. We all had a blast.

           The night ended to soon tho.
